Sushumna ("the App") is developed by Bindu Chintha. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
When you use the App, you enter self-reported wellness inputs, including your stress level, positive and negative affect, mental clarity rating, breathing-practice adherence, and a general age range. These values are sent securely (HTTPS) to our backend service to generate a personalized breathing-protocol recommendation, which is returned to your device.
The App does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.
Your wellness inputs are used only to generate your personalized recommendation at the moment you request it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing.
Recommendations are generated using cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon Bedrock. AWS may retain standard operational logs (e.g., request metadata) for security, debugging, and reliability purposes, consistent with their own data-handling practices.
The App itself does not permanently store your wellness inputs on your device or in a personal profile. Each recommendation is generated per session.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. (Note: any use of related research tools within a formal, IRB-approved study involving minors is governed separately by that study's consent and parental-approval process, not by this App Store product.)
Since the App does not maintain user accounts or persistent personal profiles, there is no stored personal data to access, export, or delete beyond a given session. If you have questions about a specific interaction, contact us using the details below.
